Two guesthouses Perła Sudetów located at the hillside of Śnieżka await guests, both those preferring conveniences and used to comfortable recreation and those with lower requirements.

A stylish and renovated three star building, which is on the list of monuments.. There are 12 rooms for 2, 3 and 4 persons, with bathrooms, Venetian verandas and an interesting arrangement of rooms. Each room is equipped with elegant furniture, TV-SAT and radio.

A tourist class building comprised of 11 rooms for 2, 3, 4 and 5 persons on two floors - in total 45 beds. The rooms are equipped with washbasins with cold and hot water, as well as TV. The guests may also use a TV room and conference room with audiovisual equipment. On the first floor there is a canteen which offers delicious meals. Willa II holds a card qualifying it for winter and summer activities approved by the education superintendent.

Within the fenced area of the guesthouse there is a roofed grill, bonfire place and a basketball court. There is also a free monitored parking lot next to the building.
